Monthly Room Rates

Our private room pricing varies based on location, room size, and amenities.

  • Semi-Private Rooms: $900 / month

  • Private Rooms: $1,200/ month

  • Furnished Options: Included or additional (varies by room)

  • Short-Term Stays: Pricing available upon request

One-Time & Additional Fees

  • Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable)* used for background check

  • Security Deposit: None

  • Move-Out Cleaning Fee: May apply

  • Late Payment Fee: $100 Applies after due date

Payment Schedule

  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month

  • Payments are made electronically

  • Receipts are provided for all payments
